I have been working with David for at least 3 years now. He recently just helped me sell my home and he was able to sell the home within a week of listing and closed within another two. He’s reliable and puts a lot of care into the work he does. He also communicates in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to buy or sell and would not hesitate to work with him again.

David is an extraordinary Real Estate Agent. I knew I would be able to trust him and not feel taken advantage of when we signed to sell our home of 24 years. David was patient while we did repairs and then jumped on the job when it was time to put it on the market. We had the house staged per his recommendation and it was worth every penny, thanks Tany. We received several offers and were in escrow within a few days. He continued to keep us updated throughout the process. I couldn't be happier to have given our business to a great person. Dave is such a great realtor/broker. Our situation was a little different in that we are purchasing another property and he was very knowledgeable in what next steps were. He was also able to work around the current tenant’s schedule for showings. All around Dave is very informative with your property, giving you latest sales in surrounding areas and comparable homes, he also is competitive by giving you suggestions to make your property more desirable. I definitely recommend David McKeever for your property sales or if you are in search of a home!

David helped us buy our house right before the pandemic hit. It was a difficult situation because it involved buying the home contingent upon the sale of our old home. He worked with the other realtor to secure the new property. He was professional and did an excellent job ensuring everything went smoothly. He even referred to us an agent to sell our old home, and she was an excellent agent. I highly recommend David and his team for your home buying or selling needs.

David is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and makes both the buyer and seller feel like they are getting a fair deal. He never pushed me into something out of my price range and always made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. He went above and beyond by scheduling multiple viewings around my busy schedule and by meeting contractors at the house to make it easier on me. I would highly recommend hiring David for any real estate needs because he will take care of you like you are family! Definitely made the process fun and enjoyable.

David McKeever listed and sold two houses for us, and we could not be more pleased with his service. He is the perfect blend of professional, knowledgeable, and organized, yet he is also very calm and friendly. Both houses needed some maintenance and updates before listing, and David arranged and oversaw all the work we needed done. Then, along with an excellent stager and photographer, he made the houses look spectacular in the listings. Both houses received multiple offers and sold for above our asking price. I would use David McKeever again in a heartbeat because he is quite simply the best real estate agent I've ever come across.

Where do I even start…. David has been so wonderful and I admire his patience with me. I am not an easy person to work with but he has provided me comfort and put me at ease while in the process of purchasing a home outside my normal region. He is very knowledgeable and was able to work with my hectic schedule and went above and beyond to meet with me regardless of the hours. I was able to tell David my wants and he found me the perfect home for me and my daughters. David was able to answer all my 1000 of questions that I had and was very consistent with updating me with status on my home while closing. Over the past 10 years, I've worked with David as both a buyer and a seller. I may be a little biased here as David helped me purchased my very first property, but his knowledge and professionalism has been invaluable during the stressful process of buying/selling a home.
